Avril Hamilton, Chhaya Shah and Chris Osborne, create a brilliant balance of harmony and expertise at Jade
College.
Avril has a Masters Degree in Learning and
Teaching and has been a practicing therapist for 18 years. The college
was formed some 16 years ago.
Chris has been an ITEC tutor with Avril for 14 years. His experience in NLP and Biofeedback brings a different perspective into the College teaching. Chris is a practicing therapist for some 18 years. Chhaya Shah: ITEC AOSM RCST Chhaya's interest
in Complementary Medicine developed whilst working in training and management
roles. Her interest led her to explore a wide range of Complementary Therapies
extensively.
Chhaya brings an intense but fresh and
enthusiastic approach to her teaching, placing great emphasis on client and
practitioner care. She draws extensively from her wide
experience, when teaching, to help establish her students as professional
practitioners.
She is qualified in
a variety of complementary therapies including Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy,
Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage,
Reiki, Seated Acupressure Massage, Pregnancy and Cranio Sacral Therapy, many of
which she teaches. She has established a
successful private practice in West London where her clientele include babies
and children, pregnant mums, cancer patients and sports people amongst others.
